"From the west, Take Interstate 40 to exit 188 TN 249 toward Kingston Springs. Turn left onto TN 249. At the stoplight, turn left onto West Kingston Springs Road. Frist Clinic Family Care will be on your immediate right.

From the east, Take Interstate 40 to exit 188 TN 249 toward Kingston Springs. Turn right onto TN 249. At the stoplight, turn left onto West Kingston Springs Road. Frist Clinic Family Care will be on your immediate right."

When You Arrive

After entering the parking garage merge left for physician office parking. Take the office building elevators to the 4th floor, suite 400.

From north of Nashville traveling south on I-65 or east on I-24:
Take the I-65 West exit, exit number 86, towards Memphis. Take the I-40 east ramp towards Nashville. Take exit 209 towards Church Street/Charlotte Ave also known as US-70 then merge onto 14th Ave north. Turn right onto Charlotte Ave. Turn left onto 23rd Ave north. At the second overhead walkway immediately turn right into the parking garage entrance.

From east of Nashville traveling west on I-40:
Take I-40 West to exit 209 towards Church Street/Charlotte Ave., also known as US-70. Turn left onto Charlotte Ave. Turn Left onto 23rd Ave north. At the second overhead walkway immediately turn right into the parking garage entrance.

From south of Nashville traveling west on I-24 or north on I-65:
Take I-40 West, exit 82A, then take exit 209 towards Church Street/Charlotte Ave also known as US-70. Turn left onto Charlotte Ave. Turn left onto 23rd Ave north. At the second overhead walkway immediately turn right into the parking garage entrance.

From west of Nashville traveling east on I-40:
Take the I-40 east towards Nashville. Take exit 209 towards Charlotte Ave also known as US-70 then merge onto 14th Ave north. Turn right onto Charlotte Ave. Turn left onto 23rd Ave north. At the second overhead walkway immediately turn right into the parking garage entrance.
